Colonial Equestrian Center is a 21 acre farm run by Laurie and Philippe Fiette. 
Laurie, the trainer, teaches all riders, from beginners to advanced.  The barn has a total of 15 stalls,
a gelding pasture, a mare pasture, a round pen, one lighted arena, and 2 paddocks. 
Colonial Equestrian Center is located in Princeton, about eight miles east of Allen and McKinney.

From I-75

Take 75 N to the 380 Exit- go East.

Stay on 380 for about 10 miles until you get to Princeton.

Right after the McDonalds, turn right on FM 982.

Go about a mile, turn right on CR 400. (It’s easy to miss & is only on the right side of the road).

CR 400 curves to the left and becomes CR 447.

Go about 2 miles. The house will be on your left- #2213.

The house is on the left side of the road- #2213. It’s a 2- story house with pillars in the front. There is a white vinyl fence and a sign with a horse jumping over a fence.
