• Turn-out in the day during the winter (weather permitting)
• Turn-out at night during the summer (weather permitting)
• Fans during the summer

• Owner lives on site- 24 hour care

• Feeding twice a day in the stalls
• Hay in the pasture (open to all horses)
• Routine medical and wound dressing if needed
• Feet cleaned as needed

Trailering to local shows

• Two or more horses - $95.00/ each
• Single horse $110.00
• More than 100 miles roundtrip- $135.00/ each

Schooling fees- $75.00 per day

Daily lease of a school horse for use at a horse show- $60.00
